Grilled mushroom wrap, a healthy and light for a quick dinner or for a brunch. Here is recipe for you all to try..
- Mushrooms 1 cup, sliced
- Olive oil
- Romaine Leaves or Arugula few
- 2 wraps
- Lime Juice 1/4 cup
- Garlic 3cloves. chopped
- Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Chilli sauce 1 tsp
Mix olive oil black pepper powder, salt and chopped garlic, apply this on the mushrooms. Pre heat the grill, once its ready place the mushrooms on the grill, once you see moisture start coming from mushroom flip it. Grill for another 2 minutes and then take them off the grill.
Now mix lime juice with salt , black pepper powder, olive oil and chilli sauce. Add romania leaves and combine well. Take a plate and keep the wrap , now keep the romania leaves mix and add mushroom slices, roll it up and eat it up!..
NB: If you like little creamy texture for this wrap add some mayonnaise or mashed avocado. If you don't get romaine leaves or arugula leaves, use lettuce leaves instead. Enjoy cooking..
