Glowing Skin Smoothie

Glowing skin smoothie, its easy to make, good for your skin and tastes good. Flax seeds are the richest source of omega -3 fatty acids, it help keep your skin hydrated and smooth in appearance. Banana has significant amounts of vitamin C and B6, it plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and elasticity of the skin. Raspberries come with a very high content of antioxidants, it make your skin age slowly. It contains anthocyanin, its essential for maintaining a youthful skin and a beautiful complexion too. Dates are moderate source of vitamin A, its required to maintain healthy skin. So here is recipe for you all to try.




Ingredients
  • Raspberries 2 cups, fresh or frozen
  • Banana 2 nos
  • Dates 6nos
  • Flax Seed 1tbsp, whole or powder
  • Water 2 cups
  • Honey 1 tsp

Method

In a blender put raspberries, sliced banana, dates flax seed, honey and water and blend until smooth. Serve immediately with ice cubes. 

NB: I know raspberries are very expensive and difficult to get the fresh once. If you don't get fresh once use the frozen once. Enjoy cooking..
