Spicy vegetable bread pola,as you all knew pola is a malabar delicacy. I already shared some other varieties of pola. So today I am sharing bread pola stuffed with spicy vegetable masala. There are deferent ways of making this recipe. Here is my version of bread pola recipe for you all to try. Green Apple Pickle

Here in SA we won't get raw mangoes all the time so tried this green apple pickle. There are deferent ways to make this pickle. I just tried with mustard seeds, red chili and garlic cloves. Goli Bajji, easy and simple evening snacks from Udupi, Manglore region in Karnataka State, India. Its deep fried curd mixed flour dough and its puffy airy and very crispy outside. Tofu Stir Fry
Tofu Stir Fry, stir frying is a fast and easy way of making a meal. Tofu does not have strong flavor of its own but takes on flavor from whatever it is mixed with. Here I used ginger, garlic and chili flakes for the flavours. In this stir fry I have added vegetables with tofu so its a protienful single meal. Tofu is a good source of protein and contains all eight essential amino acids. It is also an excellent source of iron and calcium and the minerals manganese, selenium and phosphorous.
