  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Red chilli Flakes 1 tsp
  • Red chilli Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cinnamon Powder 1/4 tsp

Method

Preheat oven to 250 degrees, apply cooking spray and  keep baking trey inside oven to preheat along with it. Scrub sweet potatoes under cool water then pat dry using a kitchen towel. Peel potatoes then trim away blemishes using a knife. Cut potatoes in half then into quarters. cut each quarter into 1/4 " match sticks then place them in a bowl.

Drizzle oil over sweet potato strips then toss until completely coated. Sprinkle cornflour, red chilli flakes, red chilli powder, cinnamon powder and cumin powder, salt and black pepper. combine well then toss until cornstarch is completely coated well.

Remove hot baking trey from the oven then coat with cooking spray. Put sweet potato strips into the baking trey, separating the strips as far as possible to ensure maximum crispiness. Bake for about 30 minutes on 200 degree, flipping the fries every 10 minutes. Remove from oven then serve nice and hot. If you want can sprinkle little salt and black pepper powder before serving.

NB: If you don't like chilli flakes then add chilli powder only. Adjust your spice levels according to your taste.
