This is a great recipe for Salmon with meditarranean flavours. So much of flavour with olives, garlic, coriander and basil. Salmon is quick -cooking and full of omega -3 fatty acids. Here is recipe for you all to try.
- Salmon Slices 600 gm
- Olive Oil 1/2 cup
- Balsamic Vinegar 1/4 cup
- Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
- Garlic 4 cloves , crushed
- Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp , chopped
- Basil Leaves 1 tbsp, chopped
Mix together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder, chopped basil leaves, coriander leaves and crushed garlic in to the olive and balsamic mix, mix well. Take a baking dish and grease with butter or olive oil. Arrange the salmon slices in a greased baking dish. Pour the above mix over them , turn once to coat. Keep it aside to marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
Pre heat oven to 180 degree C for 5 minutes. Place the salmon and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, or until browned on both sides. Brush occasionally with the marinade sauce. Serve warm with cooked rice, pasta or mashed potato and salad.
