Mango Avocado Salad, Its fresh, vibrant and healthy. It takes only few seconds to make. I like to make it for myself for dinner occasionally but I will definitely be making this to share with my friends and family during our get togethers. You can serve this as a side with grilled meat or chicken. Here is recipe for you all to try.
- Mango 1 Ripe one, halved, pitted, peeled, sliced
- Avocado 1/2 , halved, pitted, peeled, chopped
- Red Onion 1 small one ,rings or sliced
- Butter Lettuce few
- Dijon Mustard 1 tsp
- Olive oil 2 tsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder
Rinse butter lettuce well with water and drain water and keep it aside.
In a small bowl mix olive oil, dijon mustard, honey salt and pepper, combine well, salad dressing is ready now.
Take plate or bowl and lay butter lettuce, sprinkle little the above mixed salad dressing. Now keep mango slices and sprinkle little salad dressing. Add chopped avocados and sprinkle salad dressing. Keep onion rings or slices on top sprinkle little more salad dressing. Serve immediately.
NB: If you like cherry tomatoes in this recipe can add some. Enjoy cooking..
