Vegetable Smoothie

Delicious and healthy smoothie, a great breakfast smoothie, it serve lots of energy. Here is recipe for you all to try.

  • Tomato Juice 1 glass
  • Bell pepper 1/2 
  • Cucumber 1/2 piece
  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  • Spinach Leaves 4 nos
  • Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt

Cut a bell pepper and cucumbers into medium pieces. Chop spinach leaves. Place the ingredients in a blender . Pour tomato juice. Season with salt and pepper powder. Mix the ingredients for few seconds. Add lemon juice to the prepared drink. Pour the vegetable smoothie in a glass and garnish with blanched spinach leaves and pepper powder. Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes then serve.
