Ingredients
- Tomato Juice 1 glass
- Bell pepper 1/2
- Cucumber 1/2 piece
- Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Spinach Leaves 4 nos
- Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt
Method
Cut a bell pepper and cucumbers into medium pieces. Chop spinach leaves. Place the ingredients in a blender . Pour tomato juice. Season with salt and pepper powder. Mix the ingredients for few seconds. Add lemon juice to the prepared drink. Pour the vegetable smoothie in a glass and garnish with blanched spinach leaves and pepper powder. Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes then serve.
