Heat oil in a pan add chopped ginger and garlic saute well, now add chopped onions and curry leaves. When onions becomes soft add green chilli and saute for two minutes. Add all spice powders except pepper powder and saute it for a minute. Add the chopped tomato saute well, till it becomes soft. Add the liver cubes and mix well so that the masala get coated well on the pieces. Add water and cover with a lid and cook in medium flame. Give a stir in-between. When water is half reduced add salt and mix well cover and cook till liver is soft. Open the lid and add pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. Put off flame and serve with Chapathi or Rice.

NB: If you have shallots / small onion use that instead of normal onions, it tastes good. You can use ginger garlic paste instead of chopped ginger and garlic. Enjoy cooking.
