Shark Fish Fry

Shark fish fry, another simple and delicious recipe for you all to try.


Ingredients
  • Shark Fish 500gm sliced
  • Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp
  • Kashmiri Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Curry Leaves few
  • Coriander Leaves few
Method

Clean shark fish slices with 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and salt, rinse with water nicely, drain water completely and keep it aside.

In a bowl take salt, red chilli powder, kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and mix with little water and make a paste. Add shark fish slices into this paste and mix well. Marinate and keep this for 30 minutes. 

Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the marinated shark fish. Once ready remove and keep it in a plate. In the same oil add some curry leaves and fry and put on top of the fried fish. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve warm with rice or roti. 

NB: If you want can add ginger garlic paste while marinating the fish. Enjoy cooking.
