Its a super simple, easy and healthy desert recipe. This is an ideal desert can be prepared when you have unexpected guests. One of my aunt introduced this recipe to me. Hope you all will like it.
Ingredients
- Bananas 2 nos chopped
- Dates 1 cup
- Coconut milk 100ml
- Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
- pinch of salt
- Jaggery/sugar 3 tbsp
- Water 1/4 cup
Method
Heat a sauce pan with 1/4 cup water melt jaggery and keep it aside.
Remove seeds from dates and soak in warm water for 15 minutes.
Take a blender or mixer add soaked dates and banana and make a smooth paste, now add cardamom powder, melted jaggery and coconut milk and grind well. Add salt and mix well. Keep in the fridge for 1 hour then serve chilled. Garnish with Pomegranate seeds or with fried nuts. Enjoy.
