I love this vegetable stir fry, something light and healthy for dinner. So here is the recipe for you all to try.
- Sesame Oil / Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Water 1 tbsp
- Brocoli 1 medium size
- Red Bell Pepper 1, sliced into strips
- Carrots 2 medium size, julienned
- Celery Stumps 1/2 cup, sliced into strips
- Ginger 1 tsp finely chopped
- Garlic 2 cloves, finely chopped
- Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
- Tomato Sauce 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice 1 tsp
- Salt
- Pepper Powder
Method
In a large skillet , combine oil, water, brocoli, bell pepper, carrots, celery, garlic, ginger and a pinch of salt. Cook on medium low heat for 3 minutes.
Add soy sauce, lemon juice and tomato sauce into the vegetable mixture and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper and combine well. If need add little more oil and fry.
Serve warm alone or over rice or nudles or with grilled chicken.
