French Mint Tea, its from southern France, normally served after a big meal. Its good for health, helps digestion, irritable bowel syndrome, decrease heart burn, nausea, ingestion, helps relaxation, cold and flue remedy. I recommend you to try French inspired infused mint tea and here is the recipe.
- Tea Bags 8 regular size
- Lemon Juice of 4 lemons squeezed
- Orange juice 1 lts frozen
- Sugar 2 cups
- Mint Leaves fresh handful
- Water
Method
In a pot bring to a boil the tea bags , mint and enough water to cover well. Remove from heat and let steep covered for 30 minutes. Put approximate 1 quart water in pitcher and add orange juice, lemon juice and sugar. strain tea and mint into pitcher and add enough water to make one gallon. Stir. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled.
NB: If you want to make small quantity just take half of the above ingredients and try. Enjoy.
