Sweet and tangy flavor tomato chutney. Here is an easy recipe. Hope you all will like it.
- Green Tomatoes 4 nos diced
- Golden Raisins 1/2 cup
- Onion 1 chopped
- Brown Sugar 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1 cup
- Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 tbsp chopped
Method
Cut tomatoes into 3/4 inch dice. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for about 40 minutes , until thickened. Put off flame and once its cool serve this chutney with Rice, Dosa or Chapathi.
