This is an easy chutney recipe made only with four ingredients- which are easily available in your kitchen.
- Mint Leaves 1/2 cup
- Coriander Leaves 1/4 cup
- Green chillies 3 chopped
- Ginger small piece chopped
- Lemon Juice 2 tsp (Optional)
- Salt to taste
Grind all ingredients together in a blender to a smooth paste.
Serve with pakodas, samosas, chat, potato chips, dosa, rice etc.
