This is the easiest, quickest meal.
Method
Clean and drain minced chicken n keep it aside.
Clean Lettuce Leaves and put it in Ice water for sometime then drain n keep aside.
Pour the oil into a Woke or Pan, add the ginger and garlic saute for a minute then add chopped onions saute for 3 minutes, then add green chilli and minced chicken continue stirring,and cover and cook for 3 minutes or until the chicken is white and no longer raw. open the lid and add chopped red pepper and mix well stir continuously add soya sauce and mix well, stirring frequently. once all water dries up remove from the heat add pepper powder salt and chopped coriander leaves.
Fill each lettuce cup with a little bit of mixture and serve.
- 800 gm Minced Chicken
- 1tbsp Minced Ginger
- 1tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 1 medium Red Capsicum
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 2 nos green chilli chopped
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder

- Coriander leaves few..choppeed
- 8 Leaves Boston or Iceberg Lettuce.
