Fish Fry With Green Masala

Fish marinated in a refreshing masala of coriander leaves, green chilli, green pepper, black pepper and with other spices. Normaly we make with red chilli and other spices. Its flavourful and delicious fish fry recipe for you all to try.




Ingredients
  • King Fish / Pamphret 600 gm, sliced
  • Coriander Leaves 1/2 cup, chopped
  • Green Chilli 2 nos, chopped
  • Turmeric Powder a pinch
  • Ginger 2 tsp, chopped
  • Garlic 2 cloves, chopped
  • Black Pepper Corns 5 nos
  • Green Pepper Corns 1/2 tsp, crushed
  • Cinnamon Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Cloves 2nos, crushed
  • Salt
  • Lemon Juice 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil
Method

Grind all the ingredients together. Apply this ground masala in to the fish slices keep it aside for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame, once the oil is hot enough add marinated fish slices and shallow fry them on low medium flame. Please take care the flame if its on high then the masala on the fish gets burned. Serve this with warm rice.

NB : If you like can add little mint leaves also in this recipe. If you don't want to fry this fish then steam it and have, that also tastes good. Enjoy cooking
