Chia Seed Banana Breakfast Pudding

Chia seeds are extremely nutritious and filling. Here is easy and healthy breakfast pudding with chia seeds and banana. It takes only 6 minutes to mix and keep it inside fridge, so breakfast is ready straight out of the fridge. Here is recipe for you all to try. Enjoy!!

  • Coconut Milk 400ml
  • Banana 1 medium size, ripe once
  • Chia Seeds 1/4 cup
  • Maple Syrup 1 tbsp
  • Vanila Extract 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Chopped apples and crushed walnut for topping

In a medium size bowl mash the banana until soft with a fork. Add chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, salt and coconut milk and stir until combined. Cover and put it in the fridge overnight or atleast 2 to 3 hours. While serving add chopped apple and crushed walnuts on top.  

NB: Instead of maple syrup you can add honey. Once you wake up remove pudding from fridge and keep it outside for 30 minutes then serve. I also made Energy Smoothie with chia seeds. Enjoy cooking.
