Introduction
- Banana 1, ripe once
- Dates 3 nos
- Almond Milk / Milk 100 ml
- Honey 1 tsp
- Chia Seeds 2 tsp
- Ice
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy.
NB: The measurement above is for one glass smoothie. If you are using normal milk then add 5 almonds soaked in warm water for sometime then blend with other ingredients. Enjoy cooking..
