Method

Heat oil in a frying pan, add the chopped ginger and garlic and saute for a minute. Add onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add turmeric powder, pepper powder and coriander powder and saute for 1 minute. Now add salt and mix well. Add the chopped potato and green peas and saute for 2 minutes. Now add chopped coriander leaves and remove from flame.

Place 2 full tablespoon of filling in the each wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll the wrapper tightly. Use a bit of water to tuck the tip of the wrapper. Take care the sides of the wrapper are tucked in holding the ingredients in. If they leak, it can cause splattering.

Heat a kadai with oil, once its hot fry each rolls for about 4-5 minutes or until browned and crispy.

NB: If you have egg wrappers or you can make samosa sheets at home and use those once. Filling you can make with other vegetables or with chicken . Enjoy cooking.
