Mango Salsa

Mangoes are the tropical fruit and I know everyone like mangoes. Its a good source of Vitamins C, A, dietary fiber, potassium and Vitamin K. Mangoes are also low in calories and fat, and contain antioxidants. Here is little hot and tangy flavoured mango salsa recipe for you all to try.


  • Mango 1, diced small
  • Red Onion 1 medium size, chopped
  • Red Bell Pepper half, chopped
  • Green chilli 2 nos, chopped
  • Coriander Leaves few, chopped
  • Cumin Powder 1 tsp
  • Lime juice 2 tsp
  • Olive Oil 2 tsp
  • Tabasco Sauce Red / Green 1/2 to 1 tsp Or any other hot sauce
  • Salt


Take a medium size ball and combine mango,red onion, red bell pepper, green chilli and coriander leaves. In a small bowl mix lime juice, olive oil, cumin powder, tabasco sauce and salt, whisk together and pour over mango mix and combine well. Add come more chopped coriander leaves on top and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes and serve with tortillas or as a side dish with rice or roti.
