Lettuce Kiwi Cucumber Salad, now doctors insist we eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, so here is exotic combinations( kiwi,cucumber and lettuce) and its a heart healthy combination. Here is recipe for you all to try.
- Lettuce Leaves few
- Kiwi 1, peeled and sliced
- Cucumber half piece, chopped
- Pumpkin Seeds a handful
- White Balsamic Vinegar / White Vinegar few dashes
- Olive oil
Take a bowl and mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, whisk well. Now add sliced kiwi, chopped cucumbe and lettuce leaves mix well. Put it in a serving plate and sprinkle pumpkin seeds and keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes then sprinkle some more pumpkin seeds and serve.
NB: If you want can add sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese in this salad. Enjoy cooking..
