Crab Fried Rice

Delicious Crab fried for lunch or dinner. Here is recipe for you all to try.




Ingredients
  • Crab Meat / Crab sticks 150gm
  • Egg 2 medium
  • Garlic 4 cloves, minced
  • Green Chilli 2 chopped
  • Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
  • Rice 2 cup, cooked
  • Soy Sauce 1 1/2 tsp
  • Spring Onion 1 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Onion 1 medium size, chopped
  • Lime 
Method

Heat a medium size pan or wok with oil on medium flame. Beat 2 eggs with little salt. Pour the egs and swirl well. Cook until the eggs are cooked evenly and remove from flame and chop them into small pieces. Add some more oil in the same pan on medium flame. Add the minced garlic and fry for few seconds. Add the chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add chopped green chilli and crab meat and salt and saute for 1 minute. Add the soy sauce and mix well.Add the cooked rice and stir well. Add half of the spring onion and pepper powder and mix well. Cover and cook on low flame for 1 minute. Transfer to a serving bowl. Add remaining spring onion and serve immediately. 

NB: If you are using fresh crab, then cook crab with only salt and pepper powder. Once its cooked, remove crab meat and use that. If you are using crab stick(Its actually some white fish meat) just cut into few pieces and use. Enjoy cooking. Serve with a sauce or any manchurian gravy.
