A simple Bruchetta for a party snack. An Italian appetiser. Here is recipe for you all to try.
- Red Tomato 1 large size, chopped
- Yellow Tomato 1 medium size, chopped
- Garlic 1 clove, chopped
- Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Parcely / Basil few, chopped
- Salt a pinch
- Olive oil
Slice the loaf and toast the slices with butter or olive oil and keep aside.
Take a bowl and mix the chopped red and yellow tomato, parsley, mozzarella, salt and 2 drops of olive oil and combine well. Divide among toasts and serve immediately.
