A simple Bruchetta for a party snack. An Italian appetiser. Here is recipe for you all to try. 

  • Red Tomato 1 large size, chopped
  • Yellow Tomato 1 medium size, chopped
  • Garlic 1 clove, chopped
  • Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 cup, finely chopped
  • Parcely / Basil few, chopped
  • Salt a pinch
  • Olive oil 
Slice the loaf and toast the slices with butter or olive oil and keep aside.
Take a bowl and mix the chopped red and yellow tomato, parsley, mozzarella, salt and 2 drops of olive oil and combine well. Divide among toasts and serve immediately.
