Mulaku Baji, nice and easy to cook evening snack. Here is recipe for you all to try.
- Long Green Chillies 10 nos
- Gram Flour 1 cup
- Turmeric Powder a pinch
- Chilly Powder 1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida a pinch
- Baking Soda a pinch
- Lime Juice 1 tbsp
- Oil For frying
Clean and wash green chillies, cut into half, remove the seeds.
Mix together gram flour with salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and pinch of baking soda to dosa better consistency.
Mix lime juice with little salt, apply this mix into the halved chillies and keep it for 5 minutes.
Take chillies and dip them in to the gram flour batter, deep fry in hot oil.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
