Stir -Fry Chicken With Garlic Sauce

Chicken strips with garlic sauce and crunchy vegetables. Here is recipe for you all to try.




Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken 300gm, cut into strips
  • Garlic 4 cloves, minced
  • Red Pepper Flakes 1/2 tsp
  • White Onion 1 thinly sliced
  • Carrot 1 Juliennce 
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green Capsicum 1 , sliced
  • Spring Onion 2 tbsp , chopped
  • Salt
  • Oil 
To Marinate
  • Lemon Juice 2 tsp
  • Soya Sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 
Method 


Clean and rinse chicken pieces well with water. Drain water completely and marinate chicken with lemon juice, soya sauce, ginger garlic sauce, red chilli powder and salt. Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours. 


In a large skillet heat oil, transfer marinated chicken strips to skillet. Stir fry for 5 minutes on medium flame. Remove the fried chicken strips in to a plate. Add little more oil in the same skillet and put minced garlic and saute for 1 minute. Then add sliced onion and saute for 2 minutes. Then add sliced capsicums and carrot saute for 1 minute. Now add soya sauce, honey, pepper powder and salt saute well. Add red chilli flakes and saute for few seconds. Add stir fried chicken strips and stir well to saute with sauce. Add chopped spring onion and stir well. Put off flame and serve immediately. 


NB: If you want little more moist and thick gravy add some cornstarch mixed with little water. Enjoy cooking.
