Inji Thairu (Curd with Ginger)

Inji Thair, curd spiced with ginger. Ginger plays a major role in Kerala Sadya, ginger is famous for assisting digestion. In Kerala Inji Thairu is claimed to be cherishing thousand curries. So here is healthy side dish recipe for you all to try.

  • Ginger 1 piece, chopped
  • Green chilli 2 nos, chopped
  • Curry Leaves 1 sprigs
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Salt

Grind the ginger, green chilli and curry leaves for a half ground.

Take a bowl and mix curd and ground ingredients together and combine well. Check salt and add if needed. Serve it with Rice.
