Cut Mango Pickle

Cut Mango pickle, pickle made with raw mangoes once mangoes are mature and sour. we can make this in few minutes. Its a popular Kerala pickle. Here is very simple and quick cut mango pickle recipe for you all to try.


  • Green Mango 4, medium size, cut into small pieces
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 3 tsp
  • Kashmiri Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry Leaves 2 sprigs
  • Salt
  • Oil 6 tbsp to 8 tbsp

In a large bowl, mix mango pieces, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kashmiri powder and salt. Combine everything well and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a large pan or kadai, put mustard seeds, once its crackle add the curry leaves. Add the mango mix and stir well on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Cool and store pickle in glass bottle.
NB: If you are putting less oil then keep pickle inside the fridge. Keep pickle in dried glass bottle. Enjoy cooking.
