Banana Pancake , simple and easy pancake with sliced bananas.
- All Purpose Flour 2 cups
- Baking Powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 1/2 tbsp
- Egg 2 nos
- Milk 1 1/2 cup
- Butter 4 tbsp, unsalted
- Bananas 2 ripe, sliced
Method
In a medium size bowl , mix all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt whisk together and keep aside.
In another bowl, whisk together egg, whole milk and butter until the egg is broken up.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and add the sliced bananas. Gently stir until the flour combine with other ingredients. Be careful not to overmix, that will make the batter tough.
Place a large non-stick pan over a medium-high flame and let the surface get hot. Gently pour 1 laddle batter into the pan, spread the batter into a circle. Can put little butter on side of the pan cake. Bubbles will form in the batter. When they begin to pop, the pancakes are ready to be flipped. Turn over gently and cook for 1 minute on the flip side. Serve warm with Mapple syrup.
