Mint and Coriander Raita

Yum
Mint and Coriander Raita, simple raita with refreshing taste. Generally we serve raita with main course. It has mild flavoures so goes well with biriyanis. Even you can serve with stuffed parathas. Here is recipe for you all to try.

Method

Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chili with half cup curd and 1 tsp of water. Whisk the remaining half cup yogurt and put it in the bowl. Now add chopped shallots, cumin powder, chili powder and salt, mix well. Add ground mint, coriander curd mix into the bowl and combine everything well. Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill and serve with spicy rice or veg biriyani etc. Enjoy..
