Healthy, nutritious pizza bites in just 20 minutes.
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Zucchini 2 (cut into 1/4 inch thick rounds)
- Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
- Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 cup (grated)
- Onion 1 medium chopped
- Cherry Tomatoe 4 nos chopped
- Tomatoe sauce 1/4 cup
- Dry Oregano 1/4 tsp
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add zuchini and cook, flipping once, until golden , about 1-2 minutes on each side; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Place Zucchini rounds onto a large baking sheet. Top each zucchini with chopped onion, tomatoe sauce, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes and oregano.
Place into oven and cook until the cheese has melted, about 2-3 minutes.
