Creamy Zucchini and Carrot Soup

Creamy Zucchini Carrot soup, a healthy vegetable soup. They are so naturally creamy and here is an easy delicious recipe for you all to try. 

  • Onion 1 medium finely diced
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Chicken broth or water 1 cup
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Zucchini 2 medium grated
  • Carrot 1 medium , grated
  • Salt 
  • Pepper


In a large saucepan, saute the onion in butter for 5-7 minutes, until the onion is tender. Stir in the flour until combined, cook for 1 minute. Stir in the water, milk, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add the zucchini and carrot and cook for 5 minutes until veggies are tender. Make sure to stir often, so the soup doesn’t scorch.

Serve warm.
