An easy to-follow minced chicken wrap recipe. Perfect for dinner.
- Minced Chicken 500gm
- Ginger 1 small piece chopped
- Garlic 3 cloves chopped
- Onion 1 large chopped
- Green Capsicum 1 medium
- Green chilli 2 chopped
- Chilli and tomatoe sauce 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Coriander leaves few chopped
- Whole meal wraps 4
Clean and drain minced chicken and keep it aside.
Pour oil into a woke or pan, add ginger and garlic saute for a minute then add chopped onions saute for 3 minutes, then add green chilli and minced chicken continue stirring, and cover and cook for 3 minutes or until the chicken is white and no longer raw. Open the lid and add chopped capsicum and mix well stir continuously add chilli and tomatoe sauce and mix well, stirring frequently. Once all water dries up remove from the heat add pepper powder, salt and chopped coriander leaves.
Fill each wraps with a little bit of mixture and roll and serve.
