This Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie is packed with flavour and nutrition. The oats make the smoothie hearty, which keeps you full longer. Have a glass of this smoothie in the morning and you will be good to go until lunch.
- Plain yogurt 1 cup (low fat)
- Oats 1/2 cup
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Strawberries 1 cup
- Vanila Essence 1 tsp
In a blender, put oats first and just crush after that combine all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
If you don’t like raw taste of oats, just roast oats in a pan before grinding it.
