Amarula-The Spirit Of Africa.
This creamy cocktail, using South Africa's favourite liquor and fresh strawberries, offers taste of exotic. Amarula cream is quite widely available outside africa these days, but you could substitute with another cream based liquor, like Baileys.
Ingredients
- 1 tot Amarula Cream
- 1/2 cup Vanila Ice Cream
- 2-3 tsp Strawberry Puree
Blend ingredients and pour into a martini glass. Top with delicious Amarula cream and garnish with fresh Strawberry.
The amazing combination of strawberry and amarula makes a delightful sundowner.
