Rich and healthy mango banana smoothie, is considered to be filling. Good for kids for evening snack or as breakfast. Here is recipe for you all to try.
Ingredients
- Mango 1 medium size, cubed
- Banana 1 medium, sliced
- Milk 3/4 cup
- Honey 1 tsp
- Vanila Extract 1/4 tsp
Method
Mangoes peel and cube then put them in a plastic container and freeze until firm or freeze for 2 hours.
Place frozen mango cubes and the remaining ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
NB: If you want can add i scoop vanilla ice cream also. Enjoy cooking..
