Naturally sweet and delicious, and the golden colour from the yellow and orange fruits and its packed with vitamin C. Here is recipe for you all to try. 
Ingredients
- Banana 1
 - Carrot 1 medium size, peeled and cubed
 - Pineapple 1/2 cup, cubed
 - Orange Juice 1/2 cup
 - Water 1/2 cup
 - Honey 1 tbsp
 - Yogurt 2 tbsp, greek style
 
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a blender, then pour into a glass, if you like add ice cubes while serving. 
NB: If you don't have greek yogurt, use plain natural yogurt. Enjoy cooking..
