Kiwi Strawberry Salad with Mint

Healthy, sweet and flavourful salad. It contains lots of nutrients, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Potassium, Phosphorus and fibre. You can serve this as an appetizer  or as a side dish. Here is recipe for you all to try.

  • Kiwi 2 nos, diced
  • Strawberries 1 1/2 cup, sliced
  • Mint Leaves few, finely chopped
  • Balsamic Vinegar (white) 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Salt 

Take a medium size bowl and put balsamic vinegar, sugar and salt, mix well. Now add kiwi fruit, strawberries and toast well. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Stir finely chopped mint leaves just before serving. 

NB: If you don't have white balsamic vinegar use brown balsamic vinegar or normal white vinegar. If you want to omit the vinegar then add little fresh lime juice instead. Enjoy cooking..
