Cranberry, Lime Spritzer
Simple and special drink for you all to try.
Ingredients
- Apple Juice 3 cups
- Soda Water 1 cup
- Cranberries frozen or dried 1/2 cup
- Cranberry Juice 1 cup
- Lime juice 1/4 cup, fresh
- Lime wedges
- Honey
- Dried Coconut
Method
Take a small amount of honey on to a small dish. Take a small amount of coconut onto another dish. Dip the rim of each glass into the honey and then into the coconut. Set the glasses in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve the spritzer. Pour 1 tbsp of of lime juice and 1/4 cup of cranberry juice in each glass. Top with 3/4 cup of apple juice and 1/4 cup of plain soda in each glass. Serve with a lime wedge and some frozen or dried cranberries.
NB: if you want can add 2 tbsp of sugar also. Enjoy cooking.
