Apple Pie

Apple pie, i think it will be everyonce choice from Macdonalds, if I'm not wrong. Its my favourite from Maconalds. So thought of trying at home. Here is recipe for you all to try.

  • Apples 3 cups, chopped
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  • Wrapperes to roll
  • Oil for frying

Take a medium size bowl and mix chopped apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon powder and lemon juice, combine well.

Place 2 full tablespoon of filling in the each wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll the wrapper tightly. Use a bit of water to tuck the tip of the wrapper. Take care the sides of the wrapper are tucked in holding the ingredients in. If they leak, it can cause splattering.

Heat a kadai with oil, once its hot fry each rolls for about 4-5 minutes or until browned and crispy. If you want sprinkle powdered sugar on top while serving.

NB: If you have egg wrappers or samosa wrapper can use those once. Enjoy cooking.
