A healthy breakfast.. Here is recipe for you all to try..
- Chemba Rice Powder 2 cup
- Water as required
- Salt
- Coconut grated, as required
Method
Take a large bowl and add chemba rice flour, salt and mix well. Add water now and mix well with your hands. This will become crumbs, should not be dry. It should be a tight ball when you hold it. Keep it aside for 5 minutes. Now make the puttu, using chiratta puttu maker or the cylinder shaped one. First add some grated coconut in the bottom, followed by the puttu mixture, then top also with grated coconut like that make layers till the mixture gets over. Cook this for 7 to 10 minutes till the puttu is cooked. Now flip the puttu with and serve with kadala curry.
