Beans Potato Avial

Avial is a popular dish in Kerala. This is not a traditional avail, I used only potato and beans in this recipe and I didn't add curd alos. But traditionaly it made with mixed vegetables, curd, cumin seeds and coconut.  Avial is my favourite dish, here is simple and deferent avial recipe for you all to try.
