Roasted Potato with Rosemary

Potato with a touch of Rosemary

  • Potatoes 2 medium size, sliced
  • Olive oil 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic Crushed 2 tsp
  • Rosemary 1 tsp chopped
  • Pepper Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt

Wash and peel potatoes into rounds. Marinate potato rounds with olive oil, crushed garlic, rosemary, pepper powder and salt. Keep it for 20 minutes. Preheat oven 200 for 3 minutes, reduce temperature into 180, keep marinated potato slices in a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes. Serve as a side dish with baked chicken or baked fish.
