Beetroot, Carrot and Apple juice with Ginger

Carrot, Beet, Apple and ginger juice is a heavenly combination of healthy and juicy. It is enriched with all the important vitamins, minerals and fiber content. It effectively maintains the important organs of body such as liver, kidney,eyes,heart, lungs and pancreas. Its good for the skin too. This juice is naturally sweet by itself and hence no need to use sugar but i added honey. For best results, it should be consumed in empty stomach on a long term basis for a minimum of 1-3 months.



Ingredients
  • Beetroot 1 big peeled cut into 1’ pieces
  • Carrots 1 medium size peeled, cut into 1’ pieces
  • Apple 1 medium size cut into 1’ pieces
  • Fresh Ginger 1’ piece
  • Lemon juice fresh 2 tbsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Honey 1 tsp

Method

Put beetroot, carrot, apple and ginger in a blender or juicer grind to a smooth with water and pour into a bowl. Stir in lemon juice and honey. Pour into glasses and serve.
