A quick easy summer desert.
- Strawberries fresh 1 cup sliced
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Marshmallows 1/2 cup
- Sour cream 1/4 cup
Method
Heat a small sauce pan put strawberries and sprinkle with sugar; keep in low flame and stir for 2 minutes. Add marsh mallows and sour cream, stir to coat. Keep it to cool down. Spoon into desert dishes and serve immediately. To garnish you can use fresh slices of strawberris and marsh mallows. Enjoy this quick and simple desert.
