Chicken Strips

Yum
Crunchy and easy chicken strips ready in 40 minutes. 



Ingredients
  • Chicken 1/2 kg boneless cut into 1/2 inch strips.
  • Ginger 1 inch size chopped
  • Garlic 4 cloves chopped
  • Soy sauce 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Black pepper cones 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 2 chopped 
  • Turmeric Powder a pinch
  • Puthina Leaves few
  • Egg 1
  • Salt
  • Bread crumbs
  • Oil

Method

Clean and cut chicken breast and keep it aside. Grind ginger, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, green chilli, turmeric powder, puthina leaves and salt together and make a paste. Marinate chicken pieces with this paste and keep for 30 minutes. Then mix egg and bread crumbs in to the marinated chicken combine well and deep fry in oil. 

Serve hot with any dipping sauce if you wish.
