Oats Egg Omelette, one of the quick and healthy breakfast. This one you can prepare for a busy day as light lunch or dinner too. Here is recipe for you all to try.
- Onion 1 tbsp, chopped
- Capsicum 1 tbsp, chopped
- Garlic 1 cloves, chopped
- Cherry Tomato, 2 nos, sliced
- Green Chillies 2 , chopped
- Coriander Leaves , 1tsp, chopped finely
- Oats 2 tbsp, crushed
- Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric Powder a pinch
- Egg 1 nos
Put oats in a mixer grinder and crush them and set aside. Take a medium size bowl, break an egg and mix with salt, turmeric and pepper powder, mix well. Now add the powdered oats and mix well.
Add oil to a pan and heat it. Set the flame to medium. When the pan is hot enough, pour the egg mixture. Mix all the veggies and layer them . When the base is cooked flip it. Cook the other side fully cooked. Serve this with warm tea. Serve hot.
NB: The above measurement is for 1 omelette. If you don't like garlic please omit that. Enjoy cooking.
