Mango Pachadi

Mango Pachadi, simple and super dish, here is recipe for you all to try.

  • Raw Mangoes 1, grated
  • Green Chilli 3 nos, chopped
  • Cumin Seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger 1 small piece
  • Coconut 1/2 cup, grated
  • Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Curd 3 tbsp
  • Dry Red Chilli 2 nos
  • Curry Leaves 2 sprigs
  • Coconut Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt

Wash and peel mango, grate the mango and keep aside. Grind coconut with ginger, cumin seeds, little mustard seeds and curd.

Heat a pan or small kadai with 2 tbsp of coconut oil, splutter mustard seeds, add red chilli and curry leaves. Now add grated mangoes and green chilli saute for 2 minutes. Keep the flame in low and add grinded coconut mixture. Simmer for 2 minutes and keep staring while cooking. Remove from fire, serve with rice or dosa.
