Chicken Avocado Kabab, its very easy and tasty pan fried kabab. Its Chef Kunal Kapur recipe which have seen in TV and tried at home. I liked this dish very much, especially the combination with Avocado, Chicken and Cheese. This also goes well as party starter. So here is recipe for you al to try.
Ingredients
- Minced Chicken 250gm,
- Avocado halve one, chopped
- Ginger 1 small piece, chopped
- Garlic 6 cloves, chopped
- Green Chili 2 or 3, chopped
- Shahi Jeera 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp, chopped
- Cheese 1 cup, cut in to small cubes
- Pepper Powder 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice 1 tsp
- Salt
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Method
If you are using store bought minced chicken then just rinse with water for few times then drain water well. If you using boneless chicken pieces then clean with water well then drain the water and put it in a blender or chopper and mince them and keep it aside.
Now take a big size glass bowl and add minced chicken, chopped avocado, ginger, garlic, green chili, shahi jeera, coriander leaves, cheese cubes, pepper powder, lemon juice and salt. Combine everything well and make medium size patties with this mixture. While making patties please grease your hands with oil.
Heat a grill pan or normal nonstick fry pan with little olive oil. Once the pan and oil is hot enough add prepared patties / kebabs. Keep it on medium flame, please take care not to burn them. Cook for oneside and flip it and cook for other side. Serve warm with your favorite chutney or sauce.
NB: You can bake or grill chicken avocado kebab in oven too. If you want can omit the oil for frying, it has cheese in it so it get fried its on but make sure to keep the flame on medium low while frying. Enjoy cooking.
