Simply irresistible. This is a dry chutney that is used in combination with steamed rice and rice porridge.
Ingredients
- Mango 1nos
- Coconut (grated) 1/4 cup
- Green chilli 2 or Canthari mulaku 2
- Shallots 4 nos
- Garlic cloves 1 nos
- Dry Red chilli 2 nos
- Curry Leaves few
- Salt as required
Method
Cut mango into small pieces.
Grind all ingredients together to make chamanthi.
Serve with Warm rice Or Rice Porridge.
