Chickpea Salad

A simple and delicious salad of chickpeas, onions, garlic, cherry tomato, celery and lemon juice.

Chickpeas contain healthy protein, fibre, vitamin and minerals

  • Chickpeas 1 cup (boiled) 
  • Red Onion 1 small chopped 
  • Green chilli 1 chopped 
  • Garlic 1 minced 
  • Cherry Tomato 1 chopped 
  • Celery few stems and leaf chopped 

  • Olive Oil 2 tsp 
  • Lemon juice 1tsp 
  • Pepper powder 
  • Salt 


Combine chickpeas with onions, green chilli, celery, garlic in a medium bowl.

Whisk all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, then pour and mix well with chickpeas. Garnish with cherry tomato.
